Welcome Back! – Updated Visitation Guidelines Nov. 2021

• All visits must be scheduled 24 hours in advance by calling 330-688-1188.  
• Visitors are welcome Monday through Friday from 10 am to 4 pm.   
• Vaccinated visitors are permitted to visit on the residential units.
• Non-vaccinated visitors must be Covid tested upon arrival, and all visits will take place away from the residential units.   
• All visitors, including children, must wear a mask and maintain social distancing at all times while in the building.  For their safety, children are not permitted to visit on the residential units. 

Our visitation hours are limited because of staffing, and we recognize that some people are only available on evenings and weekends.  In some – but not all – situations, accommodations can be made on a case-by-case basis with at least 24 hours advanced notice.    

Our on-site Covid testing is non-invasive and provided at no cost to our guests.  

Our policies and guidelines are based on several factors, including the number of cases (or suspected cases) of Covid inside our facility and the positivity rate of cases in Summit County.   The only way we can keep visitation open is to keep Covid out of our building entirely.
