This week, we asked our HR/Payroll Coordinator, Liz, about her reason for working at Arbors at Stow. She said, “I appreciate every healthcare worker, especially during the pandemic. I enjoy encouraging those who work here or want to work here to continue pursuing their passion for helping others. I believe it is my duty to be accessible to our employees and their concerns. Doing so, I can ensure they can effectively care for our residents and themselves.”
