Today we asked Anthony Dodds, STNA, his “why.” Anthony said, “I enjoy working here because it gives me the opportunity to help those unable to help themselves. My mother suffered from dementia, and I know hard this can be on the patient and the family. It is a difficult process for everyone involved, and I take pride in providing some comfort during this time in their lives. I treat every resident with the same care and respect I would have wanted to be shown to my mother. May she rest in peace.”
